How the Town of New Castle would respond to a terrorist incident

On Thursday evening July 8, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Chappaqua Library Theater, Major Bob Coulombe of the New York Guard and Homeland EMRTC Center for Terrorism will present a lecture on Terrorism and the New Castle Citizen. “The purpose of the program,” said Coulombe, “is to help our citizens understand the realities of terrorism, the vulnerabilities which exist and what they can do to contribute.”

At the conclusion of the program there will be an open Q&A. The talk is free and open to the public.
