Task force and planning board walk Millwood together

2- Group discusses the upcoming July 7th work session where the Planning Board and Millwood Task Force will discuss potential uses, parking changes and street improvements in the study area

9 – The group discusses the industrial uses allowed for several nearby properties on Millwood Road, near Schuman.

11 – This section of Millwood Road is under study for a new street alignment of Schuman Road and Allen Avenue. This “road” is usually mistaken for a driveway and it is unpaved. It currently only runs a short distance (maybe 150’) until it ends, but on paper it is a legal road that has not been built.
12 – Undeveloped Allen Avenue is under study for realignment with Schuman Road.
The group discusses the paper road Allen Avenue, across Millwood Road from Schuman, that will serve as access to the new firehouse and potentially as access to the adjacent industrial property
