Letter to the Editor: Thanks for the great storm coverage

Dear Editor,

Congratulations to you and your colleagues: that was a solid, interesting edition you guys ran about the storm. I especially liked the idea for Jerry Faiella’s journal.  It’s obvious that while the rest of us were huddled around our fireplaces on hold with Cablevision, you guys were doing something more constructive.  I’m glad that for days during which we never saw the sun, Mother Nature gave you guys a chance to shine. 

All’s well that end’s well. We had two other families (including my daughter’s brood and one very pregnant young Whippoorwill Road resident, who delivered her baby girl late Monday night at Northern Westchester Hospital) living under our roof. And as my wise wife opined: It isn’t Haiti, it isn’t Chile and no one died.
