Editor’s Note: Eleanor Friedman was elected Tuesday night to a five-year term on the Chappaqua Library Board. Board members begin by serving as secretary to the board, and over five years advance through each office to be president in the fifth year of their terms.  Find her pre-election Q & A as well as her post-election statement in “Read more.”
