Miyase Katircioglu shows you how, step-by-step.

The Honey (or syrup):
1 cup of water
1 ½ cup granulated sugar
1 tbs. lemon juice
Boil the first two above together, mixing until it starts boiling. Let it boil for about 10 minutes, or it is thick a bit. Add the lemon juice and remove from the stove top.
Pastry:
1 package Filo Baklava Sheets (#4), available at most supermarkets
2 cups chopped walnut
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted

Place baklava sheets in the cookie pan brushing generously after every two sheets with melted butter.

Spread chopped walnut over over the sheets after placing half of the sheets in the pan.

Brush after each sheet for the last two sheets.

Make sure to cut the pastry in desired shapes before brushing the top.

Brush the top generously with butter and bake under 350F temprature in preheated oven for 35min.

Pour the cold honey over it immediately after it is out of oven.
Enjoy!
