The League of Women Voters of New Castle will sponsor a Candidates’ Night next Thursday, May 13, starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Chappaqua Library Auditorium.
Residents are invited to pose questions to all four candidates, Amy Ansehl, Randy Katchis, Jeffrey Mester and Nona Ullman, who are running for the two vacant seats on the Chappaqua Central School District Board of Education.
The two candidates, Eleanor Friedman and Caren Raylesberg, who are running for the one seat available on the Board of Trustees of the Chappaqua Library will also be available to answer residents questions.
After brief opening statements, candidates will respond to questions from the audience. Following the question and answer period, candidates will give closing statements. Questions for the candidates may be submitted by e-mail to the League by May 12th to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). E-mails must include questioner’s name and address.
