Your police department at work: In reviewing recent police blotters, The New Castle Police Department noted a pattern of reported car break-ins in the Kisco Park area and the Pinesbridge Road area near Ossining. The thieves, who prey on unlocked vehicles, are primarily looking for GPS systems. Remember to lock your car!
