The long, cold winter of 2013-2014 is causing a bump in the road for drivers.  In fact, it’s causing many bumps and while we have Town crews identifying and repairing pot holes, we also know our residents are also our “eyes on the road” and let us know if you become aware of a pothole.

We are encouraging residents to email pictures & location of potholes to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). The Town of New Castle will then attempt to repair the pothole on our roads as soon as possible.  If it is a State or County road, we will forward you the contact information for the appropriate County or State agency.  We are asking residents to then notify that appropriate agency so if that agency needs clarification as to the location, they can contact you directly for additional details.
