This Sunday, May 4, The Garden Conservancy’s “Open Days Program” allows visitors into three fabulous gardens, intimate to vast, two of them in New Castle.

Blue sea of forget-me-nots at Rocky Hills
The gardens of Shobha Vanchiswar, our garden columnist, and Henriette Suhr’s “Rocky Hills” are open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 12 noon to 4:00 p.m., respectively. Judy and Michael Steinhardt’s grounds in nearby Bedford are open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A portion (or all) of the $5 fee for admission will go to support the Conservancy’s preservation efforts at Rocky Hill.
