Not only do Chappaqua Rotarians know their wine, they know how to toast area charities as they will do Thursday evening, October 8, to taste 80 wines from four continents at Crabtree Kittle House for their 5th Annual Benefit Wine Tasting. The Food Bank of Westchester and local food pantries will receive the proceeds, including 20% of all wine sales.

Until Thursday area residents can stop by Hilltop Wine and Spirits at 423 King Street (238-8422) to pick up tickets which are $150 per couple or $80 per person.

Chappaqua Rotary is the local chapter of Rotary International. The club is the pre-eminent service organization in New Castle and meets weekly on Mondays at 12:15 p.m. at the Crabtree Kittle House in Chappaqua, New York. It conducts community events throughout the year.  For additional information, contact 2009-10 Rotary President, John Ehrlich at 914-602-3410.
