The Kombine

Elite Training: An invitation only power training program for athletes.  Each athlete is provided with an individual workout designed especially for them. This program is designed to maximize each athlete’s potential. They work directly with our head trainer of Sports Performance as well as in small group sessions.  This is a 5x a week program, however, the gym is open to these athletes 7 days a week. This small group will help each other achieve goals and see results. Starts Mid October and runs through the beginning of March.

Boot camp:  No class is ever the same here at THE KOMBINE. Our one hour muscle fatiguing class will put your body through vigorous movements and exercises that are proven to cause immediate change and response. We also keep up with the latest trends in the industry, and are adding TRX training to some of our boot camps. Our talented instructors will motivate and educate everyone from beginners to experts on how to bring your fitness to a new level!!!  Boot camp is offered Mon Wed, Fri from 9:30AM-10:30AM

Total Body Conditioning: is a combination of intense total body sculpting and cardio. Every exercise uses high repetitions with low weights to burn out and build up each muscle group involved. This class is given every Tues & Thurs @ 9:30AM-10:30AM.

Personal Training:  With unlimited ways to challenge and motivate clients at our facility, you will always leave your training session with a sense of accomplishment.  By keeping your workouts interesting and different, our trainers will help you achieve your goals in no time. Football Clinic: High school football players will participate in our IN-SEASON lifting program for strength maintenance.  This program is designed to help players maintain body mass, stay powerful and prevent injuries. Sunday’s @ 11AM

Sports Specific Training:  Bring your entire team or a group of teammates to train together with strength & conditioning specialists at THE KOMBINE.  Whether for pre-season or in- season, our staff designs clinics and programs for teams of all ages and for different sports.  We concentrate on strength, speed and power for all sports, and help players get the most out of their bodies.  We stress core strengthening, flexibility and injury prevention. Our Sports specific training is geared towards all sports i.e.: Football, Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Tennis, Lax, Basketball, Field Hockey,. We run sports specific clinics throughout the year.           

  Boxing For kids Ages 8-12: This 1 hour boxing skills class will improve hand & foot speed as   well as build self-confidence and overall fitness. Come have fun While learning the basics of Boxing. Equipment will be provided.

Offered Either Wednesdays or Thursdays From 4:30-5:30pm starting the week of October 4th

Boxing for Adults: Bored of your same old workout? Try boxing! The best workout

For weight loss, toning and improving athletic ability. No contact. All fitness levels as well as

Men & Woman are welcome. Equipment provided. Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm

Holiday, School Breaks and Summer Camps at THE KOMBINE: We offer a variety of camps during holidays, school breaks and Summer here at THE KOMBINE. We work on Speed, Endurance, Power & Strength or we have intense clinics for teams. Come get the edge over your competition. Call for details.

Training for Non-Athletes: Don’t be left out, we have programs for non- athletes of all ages. We concentrate on improving health, fitness, safe weight loss and self esteem. We have a non intimidating environment without an open membership We dedicate ourselves to all of our clients. Call for details.
