Public Hearing on Conifer’s Hunts Place applicaton for affordable housing 8:00 pm @ town hall

This meeting begins with a regular, televised meeting at 8:00 p.m. in the assembly room in order to open the public hearing on Conifer’s special permit application for 36 rental apartments at Hunts Place.  The hearing will remain open throughout the review process.  This hearing opening satisfies a shot clock that began when Conifer submitted its application to the town board (lead agency in the matter). 

Following the announcement that the public hearing has opened, Town Board members will return to Conference Room A for other agenda items:

Developer’s Proposed Conceptual Plan for 495 King Street

Presentation and discussion on a residential recycling study proposal

Discussion on proposed banning of plastic bags

Around 10:30 p.m. more administrative matters, including “location of bridge signs”
