NEW: Master Plan Outreach: An OUTDOOR chance to tell us about the future of Your New Castle

UPDATED: Tuesday, June 3, 2014
~ from The Town of New Castle

Join us for a special event to explore the challenges, opportunities and choices that face New Castle, and help us set a course for the future.  We want to know your vision for New Castle as we update the Town’s Master Plan, which describes the community’s current conditions and blueprint for future growth and preservation.  We’ve planned an outdoor session at Gedney (Town will provide child-minding) from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4. Rain place: The Rug-Room of the Community Center in Senter Street.

Why participate?

This is a great way to voice your opinion about the things you care about.  We need to know the priority issues, assets and challenges facing the Town in relation to its land use patterns.

What is my New Castle.org? The Town of New Castle wants your input!

Come out to voice your opinions and thoughts on:

• Trails, fields, parks and open space

• Parking and transportation

• Community amenities and services

• Commercial areas

• Housing needs

• Economic development

When and Where to Participate

Note: Each session has the same agenda, so please choose the one that best fits your schedule (no reservation necessary)!  Light refreshments will be served.

Remaining Sessions:

Wednesday, June 4 at Gedney (the Town will provide child-minding) from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. (rain location is the Community Center)
